perfectly positioned for park views and landmark strolls

I recently stayed for two nights, and it was fantastic being just a short walk from the Etihad Museum and less than a 5-minute walk to the Palm Strip Shopping Mall, which really made my city explorations so enjoyable.

great location but room lacked some amenities

The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They helped us quickly find alternative transportation when we needed it.

While the room was adequate, it could have benefited from additional amenities.

Ideal for families with young kids

The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Jane & Maya from the bar who made our little one feel like a star! The food was quite nice, but what stood out to me was the effort they made for our daughter, she loved interacting with the crew! !

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still within acceptable range.

I particularly enjoyed the bright lobby, with its tasteful decor and comfortable seating areas, making it easy for seniors like myself to relax. The staff were always attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay.

Improve accessibility options for dining during peak hours.

The rooms are spacious, giving you plenty of room to move around and relax. I appreciated how clean and well-kept everything was Plus, the breakfast spread was a good mix of fresh fruits and pastries that started each day on a high note!

my stay at rotana was fantastic! the location was superb, just a short walk to the beach and tons of attractions. breakfast had a great selection, catering to everyone’s tastes. the staff truly went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. the hotel gym provided a tranquil escape from the city hustle too!

The property has big size spacious rooms with the

most reasonable price. The staff was welcoming, and I especially appreciated the attentive service from Thea on the 5th floor. However, I did wish there were more dining options available within the hotel for convenience.

The location was ideal, with close proximity to shops and restaurants. Housekeeping was efficient and responsive. my daughter’s unexpected illness was managed promptly. Breakfast had a decent selection, though some items were bland and a bit dry, which led me to skip it on the final day. At night, noise from maintenance above disrupted our sleep, but staff quickly addressed the issue.
